Graveside services for Ina M. Clagg, 89, Eudora, were Tuesday, Feb. 20, at White Chapel Memorial Gardens, Wichita.
Mrs. Clagg died Saturday, Feb. 17, 2001, at Eudora Nursing Center.
She was born Nov. 5, 1911, in Purdy, Mo., the daughter of Noah and Ida Barnett Bassett. She had lived in Lawrence since 1966.
Mrs. Clagg was a retired English and home economics teacher at Lawrence High School. She received her bachelor's and master's degrees from Pittsburg State University.
She was a member of Indian Hills Church of God, Lawrence, and taught Sunday school there.
She married Billy Clagg in 1957 in Pittsburg. He died in 1977.
Survivors include a brother, Don Bassett, Girard; and a sister, Audrey Pentacost, Pine Top, Ark.
The family suggests memorials to Alzheimer's and Related Disorders Assn., sent in care of Warren-McElwain Mortuary, Lawrence.
