Services for Mary Pauline (Calvert) Foster, 82, Eudora, were Wednesday, March 28, at Rumsey-Yost Funeral Home. Burial was in Maple Grove Cemetery.
Mrs. Foster died Monday, March 26, 2001, at Eudora Nursing Center.
She was born Sept. 10, 1918, in Girard, the daughter of James W. Sr. and Blanche O'Neil (Goodwin) Calvert. She moved to Lawrence in 1929 from Girard.
Mrs. Foster was a homemaker and attended Clinton Parkway Assembly of God.
She married Fred Foster Dec. 24, 1936, in Lawrence. He died Nov. 26, 1970.
Survivors include two daughters, Eunice LaDean Lee, Trenton, N.J., and Loretta Ann James, Lawrence; a son, James W. Foster, Lawrence; 12 grandchildren; and 22 great-grandchildren.
A son, Dale Kenneth Foster died in September 1998. Another son, John Darrell Foster, died in September 1997.
The family suggests memorials to American Heart Assn., sent in care of Rumsey-Yost Funeral Home, Lawrence.
