Graveside services for Billie Joe Cobb, 72, Lawrence, will be at 1 p.m. Friday at Eudora Cemetery.
Mr. Cobb died Friday, Oct. 11, 2002, at St. Francis Health Center, Topeka.
He was born July 15, 1930, in Cedar Gap, Mo., the son of Lewis R. and Viola Minnie (Laurie) Cobb. He grew up in Eudora and attended Eudora High School.
Mr. Cobb was a custodian at Kansas University for 15 years. He retired in 1994.
Survivors include three sisters, Reba Falk, Lecompton, Pearl Boster, Topeka, and Wanda Puderbaugh, Meriden; and 16 nieces and nephews.
The family suggests memorials to the American Heart Association or the American Cancer Society, sent in care of Rumsey-Yost Funeral Home, 601 Indiana Street, Lawrence 66044.
