East Central Kansas Co-op meeting
December 27, 2007
The regular meeting of the East Central Kansas Cooperative in Education Board of Directors was Dec. 11. Because of inclement weather the meeting took place by conference call. Members participating in the conference call meeting were Blaine Cone, Susan Rader, Ande Parks, Ardith Bell, director Caren Lowe, and clerk of the board Sue Martin. Jim Martin and Belinda Rehmer were unable to participate.
Susan Rader made a motion to approve to accept the resignation of Michelle Bart; approve the contract for Barbara Mathews, Vinland paraeducator and terminate the contract of Michael Bradley effective November 20, 2007. Ardith Bell seconded the motion and it passed by a 4-0 vote.
Board members discussed an issue regarding placement of a particular employee on the salary schedule and concluded that it was appropriate.
No action was taken.
