Commemorative items available
The Eudora Sesquicentennial Committee has some items for sale to commemorate the city's 150th anniversary of its founding.
Items include a commemorative throw blanket, which sell for $35 each and feature images of Eudora and the official 150th anniversary logo; and commemorative lapel pins, which are $1.50 each. The pins are available at various businesses including Eudora City Hall, Amy Durkin -- Attorney at Law, Byrne's Pharmacy, Eudora Wine and Spirits, Mateo Chiropractic, Durkin's Hardware, Gambino's Pizza/Hero Deli, Coldwell Banker-McGrew Real Estate, Pyle Meat Co., Mutual Savings, Kaw Valley Bank, Jasmin's Restaurant and Miller Agency Insurance.
The throw blankets are available at Eudora City Hall, 4 East Seventh St.
