Police report
Friday/November 16
- Accidental Alarm. At about 8:15 p.m. in the 900 block of Pine Street, officers responded to an accidental alarm trip, which was verified by the resident.
Saturday/November 17
- Fire alarm. At about 8 a.m. in the 1300 block of Winchester Road, officers responded to a fire alarm. After conferring with the Eudora Fire Department, it was determined that the alarm went off as a result of a malfunction.
- Domestic disturbance. At about 9:30 a.m. in the 700 block of Locust Street, officers responded to a domestic verbal disturbance at the residence of a 25-year-old male and a 25-year-old female. The male left to allow the situation to defuse.
- Arrest. At about 3:30 a.m. on Kansas Highway -10 in the area of milepost 11, officers arrested a 22-year-old male for driving under the influence.
Sunday/November 18
- Theft report. At about 11 a.m. in the 300 block of East 10th Street, officers took a theft report of approximately $40 worth of gas by an unknown suspect who lefteaving without paying for approximately $40 worth of gas.
- Fire alarm. At about 11:25 a.m. in the 1300 block of Winchester Road, officers responded to a fire alarm. After conferring with the Eudora Fire Department, it was determined that the alarm went off as a result of a malfunction.
- Theft report. At about 12:25 p.m. in the 300 block of East 10th Street, officers took a theft report of less than $50 worth of gas by an unknown suspect leaving who left without paying for less than $50 worth of gas.
- Property dispute. At about 4 p.m. in the area of Grandview Mobile Home Trailer Park, officers responded to a civil dispute over property. The landlord was called and resolved the dispute.
- Civil standby. At about 5:40 p.m. in the 1400 block of Church Street, officers did a civil standby on a child exchange.
Monday/November 19
- Theft investigation. At about 12 p.m. in the area of Grandview Mobile Home Trailer Park, officers investigated a report of theft of utilities. The report was forwarded to the prosecutor's office.
Tuesday/November 20
- Civil standby. At about 10 p.m. in the 1100 block of Fir Street, officers did a civil standby while a female resident removed belongings from the property.
