Mrs. Coons died Saturday, Oct. 20, 2007, in Many, La.
She was born July 22, 1964, in Kansas City, Kan., the daughter of Jerry Spurlock and Wanda Spurlock Getter. She attended Eudora High School.
She married Brian Coons in 1994 in Oskaloosa. He survives, of the home.
Other survivors include her mother and stepfather, Wanda and Scott Getter, Ottawa; her father, Jerry Spurlock, Oregon; a son, Brian Blankenship, Newton Falls, Ohio; three sisters, Peggy Glasscock and Christina Grammer, Lawrence, and Jackie Blankenship, Newton Falls, Ohio; and a brother, Jerry Spurlock Jr., Ottawa.
