A celebration of life for John W. Hill, 77, Wellsville, was Saturday, Jan. 5, in Wellsville.
Mr. Hill died Monday, Dec. 31, 2007, at Medicalodge in Eudora.
He was born Sept. 27, 1930, in Barnsdall, Okla.
Mr. Hill served in the U.S. Army during the Korean War. He was an employee of Baldwin City and a disc jockey for 10 years at the Baker University radio station.
Survivors include his wife, Marilyn, of the home; five children; eight grandchildren; and nine great-grandchildren.
The Cremation Society of Kansas and Missouri was in charge of arrangements.
