Rosemary Farrell 1929 - 2008

Mass of Christian burial for Rosemary Farrell, 78, Eudora, was Tuesday, Jan. 8, at St. Ann's Catholic Church in Effingham. Inurnment will be at a later date in St. Ann's Church Cemetery.
Mrs. Farrell died Friday, Jan. 4, 2008.
She was born Nov. 23, 1929, the daughter of John and Nellie Carroll Candreia. She graduated from St. Margaret's Nursing School in Kansas City, Kan.
Mrs. Farrell had a lifelong career as a registered nurse.
She married Jack Farrell on Jan. 2, 1954, in Effingham. He preceded her in death.
Mrs. Farrell also was preceded in death by two brothers, Tom Candreia and Tony Candreia.
Survivors include three sons, Pat Farrell, Brian Farrell and John Farrell, all of the Kansas City area; three daughters, Colleen Gammon, Eudora, and Shelly Farrell and Julie Farrell, both of the Kansas City area; a sister, Alice Smith, Fairborn, Ohio; a sisterin-law, Elizabeth Candreia, Plano, Texas; and five grandchildren.
