Travis Salyers, 11, and Dakota Blevins, 6, take part in the bumper car ride provided by Toby’s Carnival. The carnival was open three nights and offered rides, games and food during the weekend.
Brooke Kornmueller and Alexis Bishop prepare Friday to enter the Children’s Parade. Their float, “Small Town Girls,” won $150 in the sesquicentennial float contest and first place in the grand parade. Each side of the float represents a miniature downtown Eudora skyline.

The Red Hat Society joined together for this float, which was one of many during the grand parade Saturday evening.
Seven-year-old Kendall Stiffler learns to dance led by 8-year-old Delaney Miller. The youngsters danced to the classic rock stylings of Cubby Lane and the Secrets.
